Site Access Share This OHSU Content

Web Strategies helps departments get access to websites and website content that exist in Tier I (including profiles), Tier II Hosting and O-Zone.

The mission of Web Strategies is to support OHSU's public-facing web presence.  This includes both the applications that host and retrieve OHSU's web content and the web owners who develop and maintain it.

Access to a Public Site (Inherited/Tier I)

As authoring teams change for different sites that are already live and using CommonSpot, we can create new accounts for new authors after they get the required orientation and training.

Access to Profiles

Web Strategies offers approved OHSU personnel a profile data manager application that allows adding, editing, and removing public profiles for providers, researchers and clinics.

Access to a Bridge Site

Site collection administrators are responsible for giving site access to people. If you cannot contact your site administrator, look for the link on the access denied page that says "Request Access" and click on it. It should help you send notification to an administrator.

Access to Custom Application Development (Tier II)

We can help departments get access to sites and applications that exist on Tier II, although we do not provide support beyond access itself.
