Analytics
Website analytics is a way to monitor and measure visitor behavior on your website so you can make more informed decisions about what to do. WebTrends is the enterprise analytics software used for all OHSU websites and blogs and is automatically added during website redesigns.
Features of WebTrends
With WebTrends, you can analyze and report on collected visitor behavior data to get the information that you need, including:
- how many people visit your site
- which pages on your site are the most popular
- how your Internet advertising is paying off
How do I get WebTrends for my site?
All Tier I CommonSpot sites have WebTrends installed. The technical owner is most likely the person who has access to the site's profile. All the owner has to do is login and find the profile name that closely matches the name of your site.
Where do I log in?
Usually, the technical owner for the site has access to WebTrends and can log in to the Reporting Center using network credentials. Be sure to bookmark the link:

Reporting Issues with WebTrends
If you have a specific request, such as needing a change to data tracking or problems with accessing the account, or a question, let us know. It may help if you include the email of the login account, the link address of the site and/or the name(s) of the site profile(s) in WebTrends when reporting an issue.
