How do I submit/manage my support tickets in JIRA?
Our new system allows you to email directly to a ticket. If you need to make an update, simply write to webhelp@ohsu.edu and it will create a ticket in JIRA. Once you get the notification via email, you can reply to it and your comments go right into your ticket. Please be sure to strip out any long signatures you have before sending!
