What should I do if CommonSpot times out when I try to activate a page? 

We are aware of this issue with CommonSpot timing out during page activation, it's something we're working very hard to resolve. In the meantime, we are using this current work around.

  1. Create page and submit
  2. Hit Activate
  3. Wait for error, refresh page
  4. Click save
  5. Page activated
  6.
