What should I do if CommonSpot times out when I try to upload a document?
We are aware of the issue of CommonSpot timing out during document uploads; it's something we're working very hard to resolve. In the meantime, we are using the below work around.
- Click New and choose Uploaded Document
- Browse for document and save
- Refresh page when Loading window appears
- Document has been uploaded in the background and is available for you to link
