How do I clear and update cache for a CommonSpot page?
Clearing and updating the cache via CommonSpot is a simple troubleshooting technique for authors. If you have published changes to a page or edited the navigation and you aren't seeing the changes on a page, try clearing and updating the cache for that page.
Instructions:
- In CommonSpot, go the page that needs to show updated content.
- Go to Actions in the blue menu.
- Choose Clear and Update cache.
Result:
The most recent content should appear on the page.
