BICC Training Room Reservations
BICC training rooms are managed by Educational Communications through their classroom scheduler. When you access the classroom scheduler, you will only be able to view the rooms. To reserve a room:
- Access the classroom scheduler and select an available room, date and time.
- Email EdComm and include the following information in the message area:

Educational Communications will confirm room availability and enter the reservation into the classroom scheduler.
- Pick up a training room key from Educational Communications in BICC 113.
Room use agreement: This handout is given out during the orientation. It contains details on room policies as well as some training room tips and tricks.
- If you might need FTS support during our off-hours, you need to let us know so we can schedule a meeting with the Field Technical Services contact and go over the software available on training room computers, where replacement machines are kept, and so on.
- You are responsible for getting keys to the Gallery (or working with Public Safety to unlock doors) and for ensuring that both the Gallery and the training room doors are locked after using the training rooms.
- You are responsible for keeping the training rooms clean, to include: cleaning computers and tables as appropriate, cleaning off whiteboards, picking up trash, manually emptying the recycle bin (we'll tell you where it is), and turning off computers and projectors when not in use.
Room Descriptions And Seating Charts
Training rooms may only be used for applications training. Computers have OHSU's standard software installed.
