Field Training and Consulting

IT Training provides one-on-one consultation and customized field training in database design, and OHSU business applications. Please note: If extended travel for a trainer (off the hill) is necessary then mileage will also be accrued at the Oregon State allowed minimum per mile.

Database design troubleshooting

This service provides troubleshooting for resolving database design problems and can be application specific (provided the instructor is knowledgeable about the application).

Individual tutoring

Individual tutoring is available for IT Training taught applications. Tutoring is available only under special circumstances (For example, for people who are unable to attend regularly scheduled classes).

Fee: $50/hr (per person)

Customized field training for departments or groups

Departments and groups can arrange lecture-style, customized field training. Customized quick reference guides are provided to all participants. Customized training sessions do not cover basic application skills. Current customized training sessions include topics from the following applications: GroupWise, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Fee: Varies. Base of $25/hr (per group of 10 or more)

Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of the application
