Reporting a Security Incident

If you encounter a situation that raises a question or concern about improper conduct, follow this reporting process:

• First, discuss the concern with your supervisor, manager or a faculty member who is close to the situation and best able to help.
• If you are uncomfortable raising certain questions or concerns with these individuals, you are encouraged to discuss the issue with a higher-level authority, such as a department head or administrator.
• You may also discuss the concern with a representative from the Human Resources Department, the Legal Department, or the Scientific Integrity Committee.
