Network Contact Resources
Network Contacts (NCs) are the single point of contact for an employee's technology needs.
In order to become an NC, the following conditions must be met:
- One NC is allowed per 15-20 users (this includes one backup NC)
- The designated NC is a permanent employee of OHSU:
Temporary employees/students are not eligible. - Department manager approval
NC Orientation and Procedures Manual.
Currently IT Training and the Help Desk coordinate the NC Program.

Must take the NC Orientation.
Network Contact 2
Must take the NC Orientation, followed by (in any order):- NC: Basic Troubleshooting Skills
- NC: Understanding the OHSU Workstation classes
Meetings
We meet on the second Thursday of each month from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the UHS 8B60 Auditorium. To talk about changes on the network and provide an opportunity to learn from one another. The meetings can be seen via streaming video.
