Help Desk support is available 24 x 7. Call 503-494-2222 when you need assistance with passwords, printers, computer hardware and software, network, and email issues. If necessary, problems will be escalated to ITG technical support. 

Normal staffing during business hours 6am to 6pm: limited staffing during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.

Have the following information ready when contacting the Help Desk

  • Your building name and room number.
  • Exact error message, if any, and the device’s ID (such as "BICA888").
  • When you started experiencing the issue.
  • If you recently installed a new application.
