External Office 2007 Support Sites

Try these support options first; then try the application support sites.

Google

  • Here are some basic search tips
  •  For problem resolution, enter the name of the application, version, and brief description. Example: excel 2007 vlookup
  • For error messages, enter the name of the application, version, and the error message or error number, surrounded by quotes. Example: outlook 2007 "one or more rules contain errors"

Microsoft Discussion Groups

Search for answers, ask questions and get answers. If you cannot find a solution, post your own question. You will get an email alert when users and MVPs (Microsoft Valued Professionals) reply to your question. Always include the version of software when posting questions. To find discussion groups for Excel, PowerPoint, and Word: Open one of the Microsoft Office applications and select Discuss <Application> Ask the Community from the Get Started tab.
