Remote Access
Primary Remote Access
To access OHSU work resources from a remote location staff may use a tool called Citrix. Using Citrix staff may gain access to OHSU applications, network drives and services like Kronos and SmartWeb.
Citrix access requirements:
- Active OHSU network account
- Citrix access permission (see below)
- Browser (Internet Explorer preferred)
- Broadband Internet connection
Alternate Remote Access Options
Staff may also connect to:
- Outlook Web Access: Use your OHSU network ID (e.g., smithj) and password to access your email through Outlook Web Access.
- OHSU Intranet via the O-Zone: Use your network ID and password to access the OHSU Intranet site.
Requesting Remote Access Privileges
New users must request access and get a manager's approval through the Change Access Request form.
