Generic Email Addresses
A generic email address, such as helpdesk@ohsu.edu, is useful for the following reasons:
- It provides a single, consistent point of contact.
- You don't have to update contact information due to staff changes.
Setting up a generic address
Follow the directions on the generic email address form.
Create and reserve resources
Create a department calendar, reserve a room, or reserve a piece of equipment. Follow the directions on the resource form.
Changing the password
If you need to change the password, contact the Help Desk.
