Send As and Full Mailbox Access
Use this form to give people "send as" and "full mailbox access" privileges for an email account that you manage.
For generic or departmental email accounts the authorizer must be a department head, clinical manager, network contact, or mailbox administrator. This person will be copied upon notification.
For personal email accounts, authorization must come from the account's owner. This person will be copied upon notification.
