User Accounts

Accounts are available for employees, volunteers, students, affiliates, and vendors. Authorized employees such as a manager or a network contact can create, change, or delete user accounts (see departure policy).

Computer Access forms

Computer Access is currently processing requests submitted:

Requests are processed in the order received.

Employee, student, volunteer or temporary worker

Veterans Hospital, vendor or consultant

Use for vendors and consultants who are working off-campus and are not paid by HR. If the user is either paid through HR or working on campus, use the appropriate OHSU user account form and specify 'temporary contract' as the role.


Oracle Access

Oracle Financial, Purchasing, Inventory, Facilities, and HR applications.

 

Epic Access

Ambulatory Departments (not providers)

Inpatient units and HSD (Hospital Service  Departments) please call the Epic support desk at 4-2222 and choose the Epic option. An Epic support analyst will collect your information and process the request.

Acceptable Use

Account holders must comply with OHSU's

Acceptable Use Policy and the Confidentiality of Health Information Policy.

Account holders must:

  • Comply with all OHSU policies.
  • Comply with pertinent Federal, Oregon and other applicable laws.
  • Protect confidential patient data, proprietary information and the privacy of other users.

Account holders must not:

  • Share their passwords.
  • Allow others to use their computer accounts.
