Enjoy our saline pools as you workout in a no-impact environment. Our aqua classes are designed for anyone needing a lower impact exercise option. They are also great for anyone with arthritis, fibromyalgia, mobility issues or any other limitations.

The practice of yoga is expansive, it can connect the beliefs of many yet mean something subtly different to each participant. Our classes are non-competitive, they strive to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while focusing inward to maintain breath.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates core strength and torso stability, along with the Pilates principles, sets this type of exercise apart from many others. Pilates is performed on a mat or on a reformer. For reformer training click here.

March Ahead

march ahead

March Ahead is a group of medically directed classes offering members a chance to participate in an exercise class which is formatted around their own level. These classes are instructed and supervised by educated/certified staff with special training. These classes are great for anyone who is deconditioned or new to exercise, but are especially beneficial for those with hypertension, high cholesterol, diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, obesity, heart disease, arthritis, and fibromyalgia.
