OHSU’s Commitment to Integrity
The OHSU Integrity Office new periodic education training will keep you up-to-date on the important issues and aide you in your role at OHSU.
The Integrity Education Booster and Patient Confidentiality Statement covers institutional, clinical and research topics to help OHSU community members maintain excellence in meeting national standards and regulatory expectations.
Who Needs to Take the Course?
The course is required of all OHSU workforce members (employees, faculty, staff, students, and volunteers).
A completed Integrity Education Booster and Patient Confidentiality Statement certificate is now required, in addition to the HIPAA and Respect at the University course certificates, in order to receive an OHSU badge.
How Long Does It Take to Complete the Course?
The course can be completed in the Big Brain learning management system and takes less than 30 minutes. However, those required to complete the clinical and/or research integrity topics will take longer.
