Certification of Intent to Comply with Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 11
Purpose: Certification that OHSU intends that all OHSU electronic signatures executed by our employees, agents or representatives are the legally binding equivalent of traditional handwritten signatures when such electronic signatures are executed within the scope of the stated individuals' official OHSU authority, responsibility and duties.
Purpose: The purpose of this memorandum is to provide OHSU with guidance for responding to inquiries regarding OHSU's compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
