Fire Safety
Regulations
OHSU policies are based on federal, state, and local building and fire codes. The Joint Commission also requires the OHSU Healthcare System to adhere to strict Fire and Life Safety standards.
Training
Training is required at least once every 12 months for all Healthcare System workers, and at least once for all other employees. Your department's requirements may vary. The OHSU Integrity Office offers a resource on available training options.
