OHSU

Conflict of Interest

Outside Activities / Conflict of Interest, part of the OHSU Integrity Program, ensures compliance and education of employees for OHSU’s conflict of interest and gift policies.  These policies require completion of disclosures by the appropriate employees and affiliates.

DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

All OHSU employees are required to review and become familiar with OHSU’s Conflict of Interest policies.  However, only some employees, and anyone engaged in research, need to complete one of the annual disclosure forms.

Do you need to report?

If so which form?

Depending on your role, you may need to complete more than one disclosure - See Below.

Faculty, supervisors, and employees with fiscal authority should complete Outside Activities & Conflict of Interest*

OHSU Board Members and Executives should complete Institutional (Executive) Conflict of Interest*

All those engaged in research should complete Conflict of Interest in Research (CoIR)

*Note: these forms are contained within the Conflict of Interest module in Big Brain
