Critical Care Nurse Internship Program (CCNIP)
The 12-week adult CCNIP is designed to support the development of nursing professional practice in the critical care specialty. Success in the program is dependent on the new hires ability to reflect, self-direct learning, and manage the dynamic critical care environment safely as an advanced beginner. The program is open to nurses with 2-years of current experience in acute care or emergency department, and new nurse graduates with a minimum of 228 hours in an adult critical care practicum within 1-year of graduation from nursing school.
