The CWE Center offers FREE customer service training through Telephone Doctor. Telephone Doctor is a series of web-based courses that cover a variety of key customer service skills. While much of the content is focused on customer service over the phone, the skills learned are useful in other types of customer interactions.
How to AccessTelephone Doctor training courses require manager referral. Managers or manager designee log into the training site as administrators and add employees as users. Once a user account is set up, the courses can be taken from any computer with web access, at any time. To establish a Telephone Doctor administrator account in your work area, complete this form.
If you have been assigned Telephone Doctor training, go to the Telephone Doctor site and enter your OHSU e-mail address (as your username) and the password your administrator provided you.
