This team building experience engages your workgroup in assessing and developing its ability to communicate effectively, in order to boost your team’s success and satisfaction. You’ll gain tools and practice on re-thinking assumptions, receiving feedback from a coworker and offering a constructive message. A survey is used to asses where your group is, and where you’d like to be, regarding communication among team members. Action items are identified for carrying skills forward that can position your team for continued improvement. This 4-hour training can be broken into two, 2-hour sessions.
