Meet Your Career Counselor
Matt Morscheck, MS, LPC, CMP, Career Development Specialist, joined OHSU in April 2011 and built the CWE Center's Employee Career Services program to promote an environment of career mobility within OHSU. A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Matt believes that career development is an important, but often-underestimated part of both creating a satisfying life and building a high-performing organization. Matt holds a master's degree in Counseling from Portland State University, with additional certifications and education in career development, business administration, and human resources. Matt grew up and went to college in the small town of Pullman, WA, home to Washington State University (GO COUGS!) and the National Lentil Festival, which celebrates the tasty little legume each August.
