The Career and Workplace Enhancement Center is an OHSU-wide resource established by the Labor Management Committee (LMC). Our programs and services focus on the development needs of AFSCME-represented employees. However, to help facilitate healthy work environments, some of our services are also available to managers.
The CWE Center is committed to providing FREE professional development, training, and access to workplace resources in the following focus areas: conflict management, workplace performance improvement, employee development, and career development.
