Rates & Payor Contract Analysis
The Hospital Financial Services Rates & Payor Contract Analysis team sets Hospital Charge Master prices, Flat Rates and provides Payor Rate Analysis to the MCCND office to negotiate Payor Contract Reimbursement. This team also maintains the Contract Management Systems which calculates expected reimbursement based on Payor contract terms, and is used by the PBS office to ensure accurate collection from our third party payors.
