Cash, Checks & Tokens at the Market
You can use cash or checks with any vendor at the market. If you don't have cash or checks, you can purchase tokens with your debit card, credit card, OHSU Badge, VA Tickets (given to certain employees as meal vouchers), or Oregon Trail (SNAP) card at the Info Booth of the market. You can also get matching money for Oregon Trail, SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families), WIC (Women, Infants and Children Program) or Senior Farm Direct Nutrition Program Vouchers. Oregon Trail/SNAP- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, WIC, FDNP
SNAP participants can use their Oregon Trail card to purchase $1 tokens at the market. We match dollar for dollar up to $10 per card per day for SNAP cards. We match up to $5 per other benefit per day (ie: WIC and Senior Vouchers).
