Q: What is a Subset Editor?

A Subset Editor is a menu that opens when you click certain fields, such as an Employee or Fund field. It contains a list of available data to choose from. The Subset Editor has a search function, the binoculars icon, and also a dropdown field to sort your lists of data.

Q: What does the "Consolidated" or "Cube Cell Write Status" error messages mean?

They both mean you have selected a line that does not allow edits at that level. Choose a lower level, such as Org instead of Dept, from the dropdown box or Subset Editor and continue. Or enter your amount in a yellow, editable field instead of a white or gray read only field.

Q:  Why doesn't my screen show a spinning hourglass while I wait for a form to load?

There is a known system conflict with custom icons for the mouse pointer. Do you have a custom mouse pointer activated? Check your mouse pointer selections (Start > Control Panel) to confirm you're not using a custom pointer.
