A Subset Editor is a menu that opens when you click certain fields, such as an Employee or Fund field. It contains a list of available data to choose from. The Subset Editor has a search function, the binoculars icon, and also a dropdown field to sort your lists of data.
Q: How can I see the Payroll and GL Summaries on the Main Menu for all funds under my selected unit?
Click the Select Fund Type dropdown arrow to open the Subset Editor. Click the stacked blue rectangle icon in the top left of the subset editor window to show all subset selections. This will expand your list. Select Funds at the top of the list and click OK. The subset editor will close and you will see the Main Menu summaries update.
Use the Subset Editor search function, the binoculars icon, or the dropdown field to sort your lists of data in search of a particular fund or value.

Click the export button (blue downward pointing arrow) on the icon bar to see the export options: Export to Excel and Export to pdf. Click the selection here, and then save the Excel or pdf version of your data.
There is a known system conflict with custom icons for the mouse pointer. Do you have a custom mouse pointer activated? Check your mouse pointer selections (Start > Control Panel) to confirm you're not using a custom pointer.
