Campus Planning & Development
The Campus Planning, Development & Real Estate department provides high-quality planning services to the University as a whole and to individual departments and schools. Planning and development responsibilities include:
- Leading long-range facility and campus planning efforts
- Maintaining all campus master plans and land use regulatory documents
- Managing relations with state, regional and local governments on planning policies, issues and projects (in close coordination with Government Relations staff)
- Undertaking development feasibility analysis and due diligence
- Leading real estate negotiations for land aquisition, disposition and development
- Assist with the creation of development financing plans and strategies
