About
The Campus Planning, Development & Real Estate (CPDRE) department was created in 2007 to bring all spatial planning and real estate activities together to provide a coordinated approach to support the growth and development of the University. The department provides four core services to internal and external OHSU customers:
- Long-Range Campus and Facility Planning
- Development Feasibility and Due Diligence
- Space Utilization & Planning
- Real Estate Leasing and Lease Administration
In this capacity, CPDRE works closely with Facilities Maintenance and Construction Management staff. CPDRE also manages relations with regional and local governments on planning policies and projects in close coordination with OHSU's Government Relations Department.
