Recognizing our most generous donors
Donors often give to OHSU out of passion for a specific mission. For those who wish to make an annual commitment to particular programs while connecting with like-minded donors, the OHSU and Doernbecher Foundations offer special giving societies. Benefits of membership include invitations to annual activities and recognition events.
OHSU President's Society: OHSU's elite institution-wide society honors donors whose giving to OHSU is $5,000 or more annually or $50,000 or more cumulatively.
Special Interest Giving Societies: These include the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Circle of Hope, OHSU Center for Women's Health Circle of Giving and OHSU Neurosciences Synapse Society.
School-based societies for alumni and friends: These societies include the School of Dentistry Dean's Gold Circle, the School of Medicine 1887 Society and the School of Nursing 1919 Society.
Planned Gift Societies: The Sam Jackson Guild honors friends of OHSU and the OHSU Foundation who have established deferred gift plans benefiting OHSU, while the Frank Doernbecher Guild honors those who have established deferred gift plans benefiting Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
