OHSU

Board of Trustees

The OHSU Foundation is governed by a board of trustees comprised of civic leaders and members of Oregon's business communities. Trustees are responsible for formulating long-range goals, policies and operating procedures for the foundation. Board members are elected to four-year terms and may serve a maximum of two consecutive terms before a mandatory one-year hiatus.
