NEWS MEDIA FILMING
All requests by representatives of news media to use university facilities and employees and patients for inclusion in filming related to missions of the university shall be referred to OHSU Communications for coordination and implementation.
NON-NEWS MEDIA REQUESTS FROM EXTERNAL ENTITIES

All other requests by representatives of organizations not affiliated with OHSU to use university facilities and employees for inclusion in filming shall be referred to Protocol and Events. Permission is required for all photo, film or video shooting for commercial purposes on Oregon Health & Science University property. A location fee will be charged. Please contact Gerri Lutes at 503 494-4156 regarding requests for commercial filming or photo shoots.
