Doernbecher Wine Wall Fundraiser

Advantis Credit Union invites you to purchase wine from the Wall-of-Wine display at Square Deal Wine (2321 NW Thurman, Portland) and support Doernbecher Children's Hospital.


Throughout the month of November, Square Deal Wine will be featuring a Wall-of-Wine display. You may select red or white wine, but each bottle will be disguised (brown-bagged) and sold for $20. Each bottle will be worth a minimum of $20, but you could end up with a bottle valued at $50 - $60!  For each bottle purchased, $5 will go to Doernbecher!

How does it work?

Participating in the drive is easy! Simply bring items you'd like to donate for sale on eBay to iSold It (store address below). Be sure to specify Doernbecher Children's Hospital as the beneficiary of the auction when you check your items in. iSold It will handle the rest - including photographing and listing the items on eBay, collecting payment from the winning bidder, and shipping out the item once the auction closes. After the item sells, iSold It will mail Doernbecher Children's Hospital a check!

What kinds of items can I donate?

iSold It will help you sell any item that:

  • Has an estimated value of $30 or more on eBay
  • is less than 150 lbs.
  • is less than 130" in length.

What is iSold It's Commission?

iSold It does not charge anything up-front to use its service. With each completed sale, Doernbecher Children's Hospital Foundation earns approximately 65% of the item's final sale value.

What if my item doesn't sell during the auction period?

If your item doesn't sell during the auction, iSold It will donate it to charity.
