Applications are Now Being Accepted for 2006 STTI-WIN Grant Award

WIN is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the $2,500 research grant jointly funded by Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) and the Western Institute of Nursing (WIN). The purpose of the research grant is to encourage qualified nurses to contribute to the advancement of nursing through research. Proposals for pilot and/or developmental research may be submitted for the grant.

This grant is available to Registered Nurses with a current license who have a Master’s degree and/or are enrolled in a doctoral program. Applicants must be a member of WIN and of STTI. Applicants must be ready to implement their reserch project when funding is received, and must complete the project within one (1) year of funding.

The deadline for applications is December 1, 2005. Funding begins April, 2006.
