Exhibitors
Included in an exhibit at the conference is:
- Exhibit space with 6 foot by 30 inch table with drape and one chair, or Exhibitor provided free-standing exhibit.
- Exhibit pass for one individual for the conference.
- Recognition in conference program.
Available at an additional cost:
- Admission for Additional Exhibitors @ $350 each
- Electrical service to the exhibit
If you are planning on bringing a free-standing exhibit, please provide specifications so appropriate space can be reserved. Exhibit should not exceed 6′ × 3′.

Advertisers
Advertising space is available in the conference brochure in a variety of sizes and prices. Please print and complete the Advertising Contract in either Microsoft Word or PDF format, then mail it to the address on the form.

Opportunities for sponsorship of the conference are available. You have the option of contributing to the conference in general, or you can select to sponsor one of these aspects of the conference:
