Hotel Room Reservations:
A block of sleeping rooms is being held for the WIN conference. Please note: Attendees must make reservations on or before Friday, March 21, 2009 to obtain the conference rates. The conference rate cannot be guaranteed after the cut-off date. A website for WIN conference reservations has been set up. WIN conference attendees will find options at the reservation website: one is for “2 double beds;” and one is for “Room selected at check-in”. If someone would like a king bed, they can request it and it will be on the reservation notes, but not necessarily guaranteed. “Room selected at check-in” means the attendee could be assigned to a room with one king or a room with two doubles, based on availability at the time of check-in. If two people are sharing a room, please make sure you click on the link for “2 double beds”.

Check In/Check Out
Hotel check in time is after 3:00 PM; and check out is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Guest Services Manager can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day. Note: An early departure fee of $50.00 will be charged to the guest’s individual account in the event of check-out prior to the guest’s reserved check-out date. Checkout date can be adjusted at the time of registration to avoid early departure fee.
Parking

Hotel Locale and Amenities
The hotel is located in downtown Salt Lake City and is 7 miles (about 10-15 minutes) from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Service from the airport to the hotel requires prior arrangements and can be made through Valley Shuttle: (801) 566-8500. Shuttle service from the hotel to the airport is available for $8.00 per person one way. Service begins at 5:00 am – 11:00 pm running every 20 minutes on the hour. No reservations needed, just wait in the lobby for pick-up.
