Instructional Information
Please read the Call for Abstracts before you submit an abstract. Click here to access the Call for Abstracts.
General Information
- You can start a submission file, save it and return to it if you need additional time to complete your file. Just remember to save frequently.
- When you start a file, you will be asked to register as a submitter. Your email address and a password you designate will allow you to return to your file and make changes prior to submitting your abstract. Please make a note of your password. If you forget your password, you can retrieve it by clicking the appropriate link on the login page.
- You have flexibility to move back and forth from page to page in the program.
- The program is set to "time out" due to inactivity at 60 minutes. "Inactivity" means no mouse or keyboard movement. To keep the program active, remember to move your mouse even if you are not entering data at the keyboard.
- In the next section, we are providing a preview of the information you will need to complete your file. It will help you if you have the information available before you start an abstract submission file. However, if you start a file but cannot finish it within 60 minutes, save your work and you can return to it at a later time.
- When prompted in this program, you will attach your abstract by opening the document file on your own computer. Be sure you know where you saved your abstract.
- Once you are completely finished with your abstract submission, you will be asked to press the "Submit" button. You will then be unable to make any further revisions to your file.
