Student Resources: Oregon Nursing License Requirements

The Oregon State Board of Nursing requires all graduate nursing students and all students in the undergraduate RN to Bachelors program who will be taking clinical courses at agencies within Oregon to hold a current Oregon RN license. The School of Nursing requires that each student provide a copy of their RN license to be kept on file throughout their educational program. If you did not submit a copy of your license with your application materials, or if your license has since expired and you have renewed it, please fax a clear, readable copy of your current license to the appropriate program contact person below. When, during the course of your educational program, you renew your license, be sure to send your program contact a copy of your new license.
