OHSU Network and Email

To gain access to the OHSU network and receive your OHSU email account, first you must review the OHSU Acceptable Use of Computing and Telecommunications Resources Policy and the Confidentiality of Health Information Policy. Then, fill out the School of Nursing form at http://www.ohsu.edu/son/student/forms/studentnco4form.pdf. You must fill out a new form for name or status changes in the future.

Your OHSU email address is the official means of communication between you and the School of Nursing. Check your email frequently.

As a reminder of safe and responsible use of campus and clinical information systems, it is a violation of OHSU policy to share your network and email IDs and passwords. In the use of OHSU resources, students are expected to comply with OHSU policies and the Code of Conduct found in the Student Handbook.
