CPR Information for students attending the Portland or Monmouth campuses
All undergraduate nursing students are expected to maintain a current CPR certification. Certification for incoming Portland and Monmouth students must be at the BLS Healthcare Provider level and must be obtained through the American Heart Association, only. Classes that include the Automated External Defibrilator (AED) are optional. For information on finding CPR courses, please contact your local chapter of the American Heart Association or check the American Heart Association CPR course finder web page for local AHA courses.
