The overall aim of this clinical trial is to test a home-based nurse case-management intervention, called PACT: Parents and Children Together, designed to provide intensive in-home services to advocate for the needs of families with children with ADHD.

ADHD, Ethnicity, and Family Environment
The aims of this study are to extend previous R15 findings and describe qualitatively the meanings and processes of ADHD in everyday social contexts and measure quantitatively several illness, family environment, contextual and treatment factors for the purpose of generating a multicultural account of the family experience when a child or adolescent has ADHD to serve as the basis for intervention development and testing. Sample includes equal numbers of African, Euro, and Hispanic American families.
