Shelley L. Jones has been practicing and teaching in public health, occupational health, and environmental health nursing for more than 35 years. She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S). Particular areas of interest have been in toxicology, ergonomics, office worker health concerns, best business practices, and risk communication. In addition to her specialty practice, Shelley has been committed to the learning needs of the practicing nurse throughout her practice, through work with the RNBS Program at OHSU and through offering a variety of continuing education workshops. She has been a frequent continuing education faculty for the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses and at the biennial Oregon Governor's Conference on Occupational Safety and Health. She loves environmental health and has taught Environmental & Occupational Health for the Oregon Consortium Master of Public Health Program.
