Location and Hotel Accomodations

The 2008 Northwest Nursing Education Institute will be held at the Embassy Suites Portland – Airport, 7900 NE 82nd Avenue, Portland, OR 97220, phone 503-460-3000. A block of rooms is being held from Sunday, June 15 – Thursday, June 19, 2008 at a special rate of:

Single – double: $134.00
Each additional guest: $20.00.

The rates are per night and subject to the prevailing city occupancy tax, currently 12.5%. Check in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM.

To get the special group rate, please call the main reservation line at 1-800-EMBASSY. Reservations may be also be made by using the NW Nursing Education Institute Online Reservation System.  
Regardless of the reservation method used, please give the convention code, NEI, to get the special group rate.

The room block will be held until May 30, 2008 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. Reservations received after May 30 will be subject to rate and space availability.

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or paid in advance by cash, check or money order. All guaranteed no-shows will be charged one night’s room and tax. Cancellations must be received by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival to avoid no-show charges. An early departure fee of $50 will be added to a guest’s room folio if departing prior to the reserved departure date. The fee can be avoided by notifying the hotel prior to check-in of any change in the length of stay.
