  BOARD COMMITTEES

• Alumni Events
  Alumni Events Committee works with alumni association board to provide input in planning School of Nursing alumni events (including Reunion Weekend and Career Fair), and recruit necessary volunteers.

• Excellence Fund
  Excellence Fund Committee works with Director of Development, Annual Giving Director and board to recruit callers for the Phonathon, Thankathon and strategize statewide alumni fundraising appeals and activities throughout the fiscal year.
  

• Membership
  Membership Committee works with alumni association board to strategize membership appeals and benefits, and recruit volunteers to assist with membership program.
  

• Nominating
  Nominating Committee works with alumni association board to review and recommend nominees for Distinguished Alumni of the Year and Honorary Alumni awards, and recommend slate of nominees for alumni board and nominating committee.

• Student Outreach
  Student Outreach Committee works with alumni association board and Student Nurses Association to find opportunities for the Alumni Association to support School of Nursing students statewide and works to develop student awareness about Alumni Association activities–preparing students to become active alumni. Primary responsibility involves assisting alumni director in coordination of "Been There, Done That" day.
  

• Archives
  Archives Committee works with alumni director, board and school faculty to preserve; collect; and identify historical items such as yearbooks, class composites, uniforms and other memorabilia of the OHSU School of Nursing. Chair works with committee on various projects as needed to assist the School in preserving its history.
  

• La Grande Campus
  La Grande Campus Committee works with alumni association board to represent OHSU-EOU alumni and alumni in the La Grande area, and assists in implementation of Alumni Association activities for alumni in the La Grande area and for OHSU-EOU alumni.

• Klamath Falls Campus
  OIT Committee works with alumni association board to represent OHSU-OIT alumni and alumni in the Klamath Falls area, and assists in implementation of Alumni Association activities for alumni in the Klamath Falls area and for OHSU-OIT alumni.
  

• Ashland Campus
  SOU Committee works with alumni association board to represent OHSU-SOU alumni and alumni in the Ashland area, and assists in implementation of Alumni Association activities for alumni in the Ashland area and for OHSU-SOU alumni.
