Applying to the Program

The OHSU School of Nursing has a new online application process. Paper applications will no longer be accepted. The application is simple to use and has one great new feature; applicants will be able to track their application progress. You will be able to see when items you've submitted such as transcripts, have been received by the Registrar’s Office and when a decision has been made.

Preparing to Apply

Please gather and/or prepare the following materials for submitting your application, click on each link for detailed information:

Step 1: Review Application Deadlines

Step 2: Collect Transcripts from all graduate coursework completed. PMCO applicants do not need to submit undergraduate transcripts.

Step 3: Request and gather Letters of Recommendation

Step 5: Review vital information about the American Nursing Association Code of Ethics, 2001 and how it pertains to your application status.

Step 6: Complete the online application
