Sending your application materials:

Please follow the instructions on this page to prepare your application. Then click on the apply button below to create and submit your online application.

Your completed application should include:

  • Online application
  • Final signature page from online application
  • $120 nonrefundable application fee (paid online)
  • Official transcripts from all institution attended where college level coursework was taken (PMCO applicants need only submit their master's transcripts)
  • Three letters of recommendation/reference
  • Professional resume or curriculum vitae
  • Official GRE scores sent directly from testing agency
  • Official TOEFL scores sent directly from testing agency (international applicants only)

Note: If you wish to apply to both the Accelerated Bachelor's to Masters and Bachelor's programs, please fill out a separate application for each program.

Please put your supplemental application materials in one packet, but do not staple or bind your application in any way. Send completed application packets to:
