Requirements for Nurses
For applicants with a baccalaureate nursing degree, please review the program of study and general master's program requirements to prepare your application.
Labor and delivery experience for nurse applicants and doula experience for non-nurse applicants is encouraged but not required.
Graduates of the nurse-midwifery specialty are eligible to take the national certification examination of the ACNM Certification Council.
