Graduate Record Exam (GRE) for Online Master of Public Health
- Please submit an official copy of your Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores.
- The scores must be sent directly from the Educational Testing Service to the Registrar's Office and upon arrival will be matched with your application.
- As a precautionary measure, you should request an unofficial copy of your GRE score for your personal files.
- Plan to take the GRE at least 4-6 weeks prior to the application deadline.
- Please contact ETS at (510) 654-1200 or by logging on to the GRE Web site, for registration, test dates and testing locations.
- The GRE code for OHSU School of Nursing is 4900.
- If you have taken GRE's and have an unofficial copy please include it with your application.
